2 Dads 1 Movie provides a website companion to our podcast, featuring episode transcripts, film information, a public API, newsletter, and community features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or API at any time without notice.

User-Generated Content
Your Content
By creating playlists, favoriting episodes, or submitting other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Site.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you create or share on the Site. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.
Public Playlists
Playlists you create may be shared publicly via a unique URL. While these URLs are not indexed by search engines, anyone with the link can view the playlist.
API Usage
Public API
We provide a public, read-only API for programmatic access to episode, film, and people data. Use of the API is subject to these Terms and any additional guidelines published in our API documentation.
Acceptable Use
When using the API, you agree to:
- Respect any published rate limits
- Provide accurate identification in your User-Agent header
- Attribute data to 2 Dads 1 Movie when displaying it publicly
- Not resell or redistribute bulk API data as a standalone dataset
- Not use the API in a way that degrades the experience for other users
API Availability
The API is provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, rate-limit, or discontinue the API at any time, and to revoke access for any user who violates these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on the Site, including podcast episodes, transcripts, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of 2 Dads 1 Movie or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Content
Film information, images, and metadata displayed on the Site and served through the API are sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) and are subject to TMDB's terms of use. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to download (except for caching), modify, or redistribute any content without our express permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Basis
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No Guarantee
